Tullamore Dew Heritage Centre, Bury Quay
Tullamore Heritage Centre will be closed for renovation during the first half of 2012. Please contact the Centre before travelling.
Set on the banks of the Grand Canal Tullamore Dew Heritage Centre is located in a restored 19th Century Bonded warehouse, once used for storing whiskey for maturation. Many original artifacts are on display and visitors are allowed to experience the recreated workstations for themselves. There are activity sheets for children and a complementary tasting of Irish Mist Liqueur or Tullamore Dew for adults.
The centre is open 7 days a week all year around.Guided tours available with prior arrangement in English, French & German. Self- Guided books available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, polish, Bulgarian, Czech and Latvian.
Facilities include: Coffee Shop, Conference Rooms, Gift Shop, Tourist
Office, Education Programs and special events, Fully wheelchair accessible. This is an all weather attraction.
