Conference facilities at the Tullamore Court Hotel have been designed to create a productive environment with state of the art presentation aids. Facilities include a range of fully air-conditioned suites that cater for meetings, exhibitions and conferences from 5 to 750 delegates (550 when fully seated catering is required). Key features such as data projection, automatic lighting controls and complimentary broadband in public areas and all bedrooms, helps to ensure that nothing is left to chance with your event.
Our principal conference suite, the D E Williams has played host to a wide range of large scale events including product launches, exhibitions and annual association conferences on a national and international scale.
Measuring 16m x 33m the D E Williams Suite offers a huge degree of flexibility depending upon your requirements. It can divide into two or three separate suites or when combined can seat 750 people on a theatre style set up. However for conference events we accommodate up to 550 which allows us to offer fully seated catering. The Conference area is completely self-contained with its own separate entrance, foyer area, cloakroom and toilets.
However, while the most up to date facilities are essential to success, it is the provision of first class service that is crucial to attracting events on a continuous basis. Our Conference Manager, Eugene Martin and his team have been pivotal to the ongoing success of the Tullamore Court Hotel as a top class conference venue in Ireland. Working with the hotel since opening in 1997, Eugene’s many years of experience has given him an in-depth understanding of the various requirements presented by organisers. His flexible approach and can do attitude allows you to relax while we take care of the detail.
